2. Registration and Account
2.1 Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Truthful, accurate and up-to-date information
- A valid email address for each account
- Personal responsibility for credential security
2.2 Client Account
- Free posting of job requests
- Receiving quotes from professionals
- Unlimited chat with professionals
- Ability to leave verified reviews
2.3 Professional Account
- Viewing job requests in your area
- Credit system to contact clients (1 credit per contact)
- Sending quotes via integrated chat
- Public profile with portfolio, reviews and badges
- Access to subscription plans
- AI tools for quote generation
2.4 Account Suspension and Closure
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, defamatory or illegal behavior
- Repeated reports from other users
- Attempting to bypass the credit system
- Creating multiple accounts for undue advantage
3. Credit System (Professionals)
3.1 How It Works
- 10 free welcome credits upon first registration
- Cost to contact a client: 1 credit
- Credits do not expire
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Credit is deducted upon opening contact, not upon client response
3.2 Buying Credits and Subscriptions
- Credits purchasable individually or via packages
- Monthly subscriptions with included credits and additional benefits
- Payments processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS)
- Card data is never stored on our servers
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Available Plans
- Starter — basic monthly credits, profile badge, standard visibility
- Professional — increased monthly credits, priority in results, advanced statistics
- Business — maximum credits, absolute priority, dedicated support, unlimited AI quotes
4.2 Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Cancellation possible at any time from account settings
- Access to benefits remains active until the end of the billed period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- In case of technical issues, contact support for individual evaluation
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Client Obligations
- Post truthful, clear and detailed requests
- Respond promptly to interested professionals
- Do not post illegal, offensive or misleading content
- Provide accurate information about location and type of work
5.2 Professional Obligations
- Provide realistic and detailed quotes
- Hold necessary qualifications, licenses and insurance for services offered
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior
- Do not contact clients outside the platform to evade the credit system
- Do not guarantee impossible results or deceive clients
6. Chat and Communications
- Chat is intended for communications about requested jobs
- Sending spam, offensive content, threats or illegal material is prohibited
- Sharing payment data or requesting direct transfers to bypass the platform is prohibited
- Messages may be retained for abuse prevention and dispute resolution
- We reserve the right to moderate content in violation of these Terms
7. Job Application (CercaLavoro Panel)
- Candidates publish a profile with CV and skills
- Professionals/companies can unlock candidate contacts via credits
- Candidates can choose their profile visibility
- Rinnova Tutto is not an employment agency and does not guarantee hiring
8. AI Features (Smart Quotes)
- The AI tool generates tailored quotes based on the job description
- AI quotes are starting suggestions and do not bind either the professional or the client
- Rinnova Tutto is not responsible for quotes based on inaccurate user-provided data
- AI uses request data only to process the response in real time
- Available according to the active subscription plan
9. Reviews and Ratings
- Clients can leave reviews after job completion
- Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences
- Posting false, retaliatory or defamatory reviews is prohibited
- Reviews are moderated and may be removed in case of violation
- Reviews remain public even after the client account is deleted
10. Prohibited Behaviors
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
- Posting offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or defamatory content
- Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data (hacking)
- Using unauthorized bots, scrapers or automated systems
- Requesting or making direct payments to bypass the credit system
- Copying, reproducing or distributing platform content without authorization
11. Limitations of Liability
11.1 Rinnova Tutto is not responsible for:
- Quality, safety or legal compliance of services offered by professionals
- Disputes, damages or losses arising from agreements between users
- Fraudulent behavior by individual users
- Service interruptions for maintenance or force majeure
- Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profits
12. Intellectual Property
- Logo, design, code and texts of the platform are owned by Rinnova Tutto / Emaral Group
- Content uploaded by users (photos, texts, listings) remains owned by users
- By uploading content, you grant Rinnova Tutto a non-exclusive license to use it on the platform
- Removing content from the platform does not retroactively revoke copies already made for technical purposes
